General questions

CleanSlate accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most commercial insurance. If you are unsure if we accept yours, please feel free to use our chat function to confirm. 

CleanSlate is open per our hours of operation listed on each center page (see LOCATIONS at top of page). We are considered an essential service during COVID-19 and are accepting in-office patients with CDC safety precautions in place. All patients and staff must wear masks and respect social distancing as possible. We also have telehealth appointments available where applicable.

Please call your local center. If you cannot get through in a timely fashion, please feel free to click on chat and we will answer your questions as quickly as possible.

We have tried to answer all COVID-19 questions on our COVID-19 page but if you cannot find an answer there, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via chat or call your local center directly. We are here to help you feel safe.
