Providers

Our physicians, licensed medical providers and social workers make it possible for CleanSlate to deliver high-quality medication-assisted treatment in a convenient outpatient setting. Our providers are a crucial component of our care team, providing patients with the knowledge and tools they need to make real change happen in their lives. Members of our provider teams include:

Center Operations

Our local center operations and non-provider positions play important roles in a patient’s recovery journey. These individuals are often the first point of contact during center encounters and interact with patients regularly throughout the course of their treatment. Our center operations teams work alongside our clinical staff members to provide a comprehensive approach to addiction treatment and recovery. Our center operations teams consist of:

Employees at our Nashville, Tennessee, corporate headquarters provide aid to CleanSlate Centers across the country in a variety of administrative, leadership and support roles.
